We use only the best and safest anaesthetics, medication and equipment and employ only trained veterinary nurses to ensure that your pet is in the safest possible hands.

We have a drop off service                                                                
If your pet is ill and you have other commitments your can drop it at the clinic at your convenience and we will examine if and treat it as soon as possible.

We do house calls
A visit to the clinic can be stressful for many pets. We are happy to visit you and your pet at home if your would prefer.

We won't turn you away
If your pet suddenly becomes sick or injured it needs to be seen. We will always fit you in and won't make you wait until the next day.
                                                                                       
You're welcome to visit
If can be tough leaving your sick pet in someone else's care. We encourage owners to visit when they can and have flexibile visiting hours to allow you to do so.

We won't make you wait
No one enjoys being kept waiting especially when they are sick. At Abbotts Way we work hard to see your pet on time so as to minimise the stress and inconvenience to you both.

We have seperate cat and dog waiting areas
Cats and dogs aren't always the best of friends. For this reason we have seperate cat and dog waiting areas to minimise the stress to our feline friends.
